  • Sweden: 2-5 business days
    Express delivery available (1-2 days)
  • Nordic Countries: 3-7 business days
  • EU Countries: 5-10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date
  • SMS notification when package is out for delivery (Sweden only)

Order Processing

Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Our handcrafted products are made to order. Some items may require additional production time (typically 3-5 business days). This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Return Right (Ångerrätt)

In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This applies to all online purchases.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Items marked as "final sale"
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Step 1: Contact UsEmail us at hello@ceilan.se or call +46 707 407 368 within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Step 2: Receive Return InstructionsWe'll send you a return authorization and instructions, including our return address.
  3. Step 3: Pack Your ReturnSecurely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Step 4: Ship Your ReturnSend the package to our return address. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
  5. Step 5: Receive Your RefundOnce we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Within Sweden: Return shipping typically costs 49-99 SEK
  • Recommendation: Use tracked shipping and keep your receipt
  • Tip: PostNord and Bring offer affordable return services

Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, we'll process your refund within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times vary (typically 3-5 business days)

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. This ensures faster processing and availability

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@ceilan.se
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • Provide your order number
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping)
  • Return shipping is free for damaged/defective items

Please note: Minor variations in handcrafted products (color, size, texture) are natural characteristics and not considered defects. Significant defects that affect functionality or appearance are covered under our warranty.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll arrange free return pickup and send the correct item
  • You'll receive the correct item at no additional cost
  • We apologize for any inconvenience!

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look in mailbox areas and reception (for apartments)
  3. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
  4. If not located within 3 days, contact us and we'll investigate
  5. We'll work with the carrier and file a claim if necessary
